Casey’s own story—How I got started in real estate
I sold my house and had a large capital gain. I went shopping to buy my next home and found that most real estate agents were not full-time professional sales people. They didn’t seem to understand the market fully, they didn’t understand my needs, and I had the impression they were looking out for their interests not protecting mine. Furthermore, I didn’t feel that I was getting a proper education in the home-buying process.
Since I had years of experience as a professional salesman, manager, and sales-trainer, I sensed a real need in the residential real estate market. I made a commitment then to pursue real estate; to gain a thorough understanding and stay ahead of the marketplace and the processes; and above all to put my clients’ interests ahead of my own. It has worked well for over a decade and I truly enjoy the clients and the business.
