Amy Vargas, our Closing Manager handles all the countless details required to get your home from contract to closing. This includes coordinating repairs, communication with appraisers, inspectors, lenders and title companies.
Carl, Field Coordinator, is our “Go To Guy.” He takes care of all the essential aspects of maintaining property while it is on the market including, signs on your property, distributing directional signs to drive local traffic to your home, keeps brochure boxes filled, sets up for open houses, checks on vacant properties and ensures everything is running smoothly if you are absent from your home.
